In 2002 a small, Princes Trust supported web development company couldn't find a suitable product to manage their day-to-day bookkeeping needs.
As a short-term solution they developed their own system to easily create and manage invoices. As the owners occasionally worked from home it had to be web -based
so as to be accessible from anywhere and it also had to allow multiple concurrent users.
The software worked well and soon their customers and suppliers that were also small businesses asked for a copy of the software.
The company decided to provide the software free of charge to 20 other Princes Trust supported companies in return for feedback and suggestions on how to make the software more useful to them.
In 2005 the product was labeled KashFlow and released for public use.
The feedback from customers has been phenomenal as has the growth and success of the company.

Data is backed up every 6 hours, and also live-synchronised to a remote site - leaving the customer with one less thing to worry about.
